Tomsk NRMC publishes three peer-reviewed scientific journals:

- Siberian Herald of Psychiatry and Narcology
- Siberian Journal of Oncology
Both The Siberian Journal of Clinical and Experimental Medicine and the Siberian Journal of Oncology are indexed in major international and national databases, including Scopus, Web of Science (WoS), and the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI).

We are constantly expanding our global network of partners. Since 2016, the Center has signed over 500 agreements and contracts with academic institutions and businesses. Together with our industrial partners, we actively secure research grants and funding from various ministries and agencies to drive innovation.
